Antique 19th century carved Victorian drop leaf table in oak, a beautifully designed piece that combines decorative Victorian detail with the convenience of a space-saving design.
Well made and of good quality, it offers a practical yet striking addition to any home. The table stands on stunning turned legs, joined by supporting stretchers that provide strength and enhance its traditional appearance.
Its beautifully carved oval top gives the piece a particularly elegant finish, with the drop leaves allowing it to be easily stored away when not in use. The oak displays a rich, warm colour with gorgeous natural grain throughout, complementing the attractive carved work and turned detailing.
Its versatile design makes it ideal for use as a dining table, occasional table or a useful extra surface when entertaining. Presented in good condition, this characterful Victorian table would bring warmth, practicality and a wonderful sense of antique style to its new home.
