RETURNS POLICY
How It Works
Our returns policy provides you with the option to return items within 14 days of delivery. To process a return, please note that the cost of the original delivery and the return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
It is important that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including, at a minimum, basic packaging and any accessories.
We will organize the return courier for you; however, if you prefer to arrange your own transport, that is perfectly fine. In this case, only the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue your refund promptly.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
At ActFurniture, we strive to ensure a prompt and efficient delivery experience. Our delivery timeframe ranges from 3 to 14 days, depending on your location. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible and typically dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
All goods are delivered by a professional team of two men to ensure safe and secure handling. The courier will be in direct contact with you, providing all necessary updates regarding your delivery, including estimated arrival times.
Please note that we do not offer international shipping. However, we are happy to collaborate with international couriers arranged by the customer. If you require further assistance or have any questions about your delivery, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
