Your rights if you change your mind
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day your item is delivered. Just email info@actfurniture.co.uk or call 01684 647071 with your order number.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you change your mind before your item has left us, just get in touch and we'll cancel the order and refund you in full, including delivery.

Sending something back
Returning Your Item
Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back in the condition it arrived, with basic packaging and any accessories. We may reduce your refund if it has been handled beyond what's needed to inspect it.
We can collect it with our two-person courier for a fixed £65, deducted from your refund. Or arrange your own courier, or bring it back to us in Malvern, at no charge from us.
Your Refund
We refund the full price of the item plus the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving it back (or proof you've sent it, if sooner), using your original payment method.
DELIVERY
Getting your piece safely to you
UK Delivery – £65
We deliver throughout the UK mainland, including most of Scotland. Every piece is carefully wrapped and delivered by our two-person team, who will place it in the room of your choice where access allows. Assembly of sectional items is not included.
Delivery Times
We usually dispatch within 3 working days. Delivery takes 3–15 working days from receipt of payment, depending on your location. Our courier will contact you directly to confirm the date and an approximate arrival time.
Free Collection
You're welcome to collect your piece free of charge from our stockroom in Malvern (WR13 5BA), by appointment only.
International Orders
We don't offer international shipping, but we're happy to work with an international courier arranged by you.
Damage in Transit
Please check your item when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit, let us know within 48 hours at info@actfurniture.co.uk with photos, so we can put it right quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
About Antique Furniture
Our pieces are antique and vintage, so gentle wear, marks and patina are part of their age and character. We describe and photograph any notable flaws in each listing. Want more photos or details before buying? Just ask.

Simple, secure ways to pay
Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure checkout. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us. Bank transfer is also available – just get in touch with us. All prices are in GBP.
