Antique early 20th century Edwardian collector's chest of drawers in mahogany, a charming and well-proportioned piece of good quality, showcasing fine craftsmanship and a neat, compact form.
The front is fitted with eight shallow drawers, graduating slightly in depth towards the bottom, each with a pair of recessed brass campaign-style flush handles, and the drawers are pine-lined, ideal for storing collections, documents, maps, jewellery or stationery.
The sides are fitted with matching brass recessed carrying handles in the military campaign manner, and the chest has a moulded top edge and stands on a deep plinth base with bracket supports to the back.
The mahogany displays a lovely straight grain and a warm, rich colour with a mellow patina, complemented by the aged brass hardware.
Presented in good condition commensurate with age. A very desirable small collector's chest of neat proportions, a perfect addition to any study, office, hallway or living room.

Delivery is available throughout the UK mainland, including most areas of Scotland.
Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected prior to dispatch and delivered by our trusted private courier using a two-person team.
Your piece will be delivered to the room of your choice, provided there is suitable access. For items supplied in sections, assembly is not included as part of the delivery service.
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–15 working days from receipt of payment. The courier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and provide an approximate arrival time.
If you have any particular delivery requirements, please let us know before purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
