Antique early 20th century Edwardian dressing table in oak, a handsome and well-proportioned piece of good quality, showcasing fine craftsmanship and elegant, clean lines.
The rectangular swing mirror is held between a pair of tapering square supports topped with turned acorn finials and fitted with brass ring-headed adjusting screws, and sits on a low back rail carved with a central oval roundel.
Below, the top is beautifully quarter veneered in a diamond pattern with a small inlaid centre lozenge, protected by a fitted glass panel within a moulded edge. A single full-width frieze drawer is fitted with an oval brass plate handle with a swing bail, and the table stands on elegant square tapering legs.
The oak displays a stunning figured grain, with the lighter veneered top contrasting beautifully against the warm, rich colour and mellow patina of the frame.
Presented in good condition commensurate with age. With comfortable knee room beneath the drawer it also works perfectly as a small writing desk. A very desirable oak dressing table of neat proportions, a perfect addition to any bedroom or dressing room.

Delivery is available throughout the UK mainland, including most areas of Scotland.
Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected prior to dispatch and delivered by our trusted private courier using a two-person team.
Your piece will be delivered to the room of your choice, provided there is suitable access. For items supplied in sections, assembly is not included as part of the delivery service.
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–15 working days from receipt of payment. The courier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and provide an approximate arrival time.
If you have any particular delivery requirements, please let us know before purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
