Antique Georgian style side cabinet in mahogany, a handsome and well-proportioned piece of good quality, showcasing fine craftsmanship and a beautifully chosen flame veneer.
The single panelled door opens with a key to reveal a useful interior fitted with a shelf, ideal for books, files, drinks or everyday storage.
The door is applied with a moulded panel with shaped incurved corners, framing the flame veneer, and the cabinet sits beneath a moulded top on a plinth base with ogee bracket feet.
The mahogany displays a stunning flame figured grain to the door and a warm, rich colour with a lovely mellow patina to the top and sides.
Presented in good condition commensurate with age. A very desirable mahogany cabinet of neat, compact proportions, a perfect addition to any living room, study, hallway or bedroom.
