Vintage mid 20th century sideboard in mahogany, a stylish and well-made piece of good quality, showcasing the clean lines and practical design so sought after from the mid-century period.
The sideboard features a bank of three central drawers flanked by a pair of cupboards, each door opening to reveal a shelf. The drawers and doors are fitted with neat turned wooden knob handles, providing generous and well-organised storage for a dining room or living room.
The case has a moulded top with softly rounded corners and sits on a separate base raised on slender tapered legs, giving it a light and elegant stance.
The mahogany veneers display a lively mottled and striped figure, especially across the drawer fronts and sides, with a warm, rich colour throughout.
Presented in good condition. A very desirable mid-century sideboard, perfect for a dining room, living room or hallway.
