Antique 1920s oak side cabinet, well-made piece of good quality, showcasing honest craftsmanship and practical design.
The cabinet is fitted with a long drawer with a pair of brass ring handles, above a panelled cupboard door with a brass drop handle and a lock and key, opening to a spacious interior.
The top has a moulded edge, the door and side panels are neatly framed, and the cabinet stands on four square legs.
The oak displays an attractive grain with figured panels to the door and sides, and a warm golden colour with a pleasing patina.
Presented in good condition, a very practical and versatile cabinet, perfect as a generous bedside, a hall cabinet or a lamp table in a living room.
