A superb antique 19th-century brass sculpture of a shire horse, crafted with impressive weight and quality.
Made from solid brass, this striking piece showcases exceptional detail—from the horse’s strong stance and muscular build to the finely defined features that reflect the power and elegance of the breed.
Rich in character, the sculpture captures the spirit and strength of the traditional working horse, making it not only a decorative object but one that tells a story of rural heritage and craftsmanship. Its timeless appeal allows it to sit beautifully in both antique and contemporary interiors.
In great condition and with a warm, aged patina, this is a visually captivating piece—substantial in presence and full of charm. A perfect talking point for any room, and a fine example of 19th-century metalwork.
