Antique 20th century Art Deco bureau bookcase in golden oak, a very well made and good quality example with attractive period character. The piece features a glazed upper section with two internal shelves, ideal for displaying books or decorative items while protecting them from dust.
The bureau section opens to reveal a nicely fitted interior, complete with multiple pigeonholes and a small central drawer, providing practical storage for stationery and writing essentials. 
The base is fitted with two generously sized drawers, all retaining their original wooden handles, enhancing the authenticity and charm of the piece. Standing on turned legs with a supporting stretcher, the bureau bookcase displays beautiful subtle carving and a warm golden oak grain throughout. It comes apart into two sections for ease of transport and includes a key.

All our pieces are professionally wrapped in black plastic and sent though a trusted private courier which we can organise upon your request.
The delivery service consists of a two man team with a delivery timeframe of 3 - 15 working days from the date payment has been received. Please contact us to discuss any specific requirements and we will do our upmost to accommodate these, although no guarantees can be given.
The courier will be in contact with you directly with details of exact delivery date and approximate time of arrival.
We currently cover all of the UK Mainlands including most of Scotland.
