Antique 20th century glazed display cabinet in walnut, a beautifully crafted piece that combines elegant styling with practical display space.
Very well made and of good quality, this attractive cabinet has been designed to showcase treasured ornaments, collectibles or fine china while adding warmth and character to any interior.
The upper section features a glazed display cupboard with a single internal shelf, allowing light to flow through and beautifully present the contents within. Beneath is an open shelf, offering additional space for books, decorative pieces or everyday items.
The cabinet is further enhanced by beautifully detailed decorative plaques to the upper section, while delicate satinwood stringing inlay provides an elegant contrast against the rich walnut, highlighting the quality of its craftsmanship.
The walnut has matured to a wonderful rich tone, displaying gorgeous natural figuring, striking grain and excellent colour throughout. The combination of the beautifully figured timber, refined inlay work and decorative detailing creates a cabinet with real presence and timeless appeal, making it a highly desirable example of quality 20th century furniture.
Presented in good condition, this handsome glazed display cabinet is both decorative and functional. Equally suited to a living room, dining room, study or hallway, it offers a wonderful blend of elegance and practicality and would make a perfect addition to any home.
