Antique early 20th century Edwardian sideboard in mahogany, a handsome and well-proportioned piece of good quality with strong Arts & Crafts influence, showcasing fine craftsmanship throughout.
The sideboard offers excellent storage, with two frieze drawers across the bow front above a pair of panelled cupboard doors. Behind the doors there is a shelf to one side and a shelf with a fitted inner drawer to the other. The drawers are fitted with decorative brass pear drop handles and the doors with matching brass escutcheons.
The moulded top sits above a breakfront case with fielded panels to the corners, fluted pilasters and a central panel with a carved patera beneath stylised brackets. The doors feature arched panels, and the piece stands on a shaped apron between arched block feet, all typical of the Arts & Crafts period.
The mahogany displays a lovely figured grain and a warm, rich colour, particularly to the top and the sides.
Presented in good condition. A very desirable Edwardian sideboard of unusual design, perfect for any dining room, living room or hallway.

Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected prior to dispatch and delivered by our trusted private courier using a two-person team.
Your piece will be delivered to the room of your choice, provided there is suitable access. For items supplied in sections, assembly is not included as part of the delivery service.
Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–15 working days from receipt of payment. The courier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and provide an approximate arrival time.
If you have any particular delivery requirements, please let us know before purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
