Chests of Drawers

Antique Chests of Drawers

An antique chest of drawers is one of the most useful pieces of furniture you can own, and usually one of the best made. Our collection spans more than two centuries of cabinet making, from 18th-century Georgian oak chests on bracket feet to Victorian mahogany, Edwardian walnut and Art Deco tallboys.

You will find classic two-over-three chests, bow and serpentine fronts, small bedside-sized chests, chests on stands and tall chests on chests, in oak, mahogany, walnut, yew and pine. Each listing has full measurements and plenty of close-up photographs, so you can check size, colour and condition before you buy.

When choosing a chest, look for original handles, good colour and patina, and drawers that run smoothly. If you would like extra photos or a measurement we have not listed, just ask about the piece. Browse our wider antique storage furniture, or shop by period: Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian.

Every piece is cleaned and carefully wrapped, then delivered to the room of your choice by our two-person team anywhere on the UK mainland for £65. You can also view and collect free of charge from our Malvern stockroom, by appointment, and all purchases come with our 14-day returns policy.
